The Relic Gallery was born from a lifelong love of Impressionism and the quiet emotion that only a painting can carry.
From an early age, I found myself drawn to works filled with atmosphere, movement, softened light, and expressive brushwork — paintings that felt less like objects and more like memories suspended in time. That fascination followed me through books and galleries and eventually to Europe, where standing before the works of Van Gogh, Monet, and the great Impressionist painters left a lasting imprint on the way I see beauty, color, and home.
Today, that love has become something I get to share with my own family. The Relic Gallery has grown in the margins of motherhood — while raising our three children, with paintings arriving at our door, sourcing happening around everyday family life, and my children growing up surrounded by art and the stories behind it. What began as something deeply personal to me has become part of our family's life, too.
The collection brings together original antique and vintage paintings individually sourced and chosen for their beauty, character, and the feeling they create within a space. I am especially drawn to works with expressive brushwork, beautiful color, movement, and atmosphere — pieces that feel as though they already have a story.
My hope is that the paintings I find here continue that story somewhere new — becoming part of another home, another family's memories, and perhaps something treasured for generations. We are eternally grateful to each of you who allows these works to pass through our hands before finding a place in your own home.
